Parking Lots

VoIP systems have taken call transfers and holding calls to the next level. You can put calls in a "parking lot" so they can be picked up by any phone on the network. Parking lots can be shared by all users, a group of users, or private (for a specific extension). Callers can hear branded messaging or music on hold specific to that parking lot while waiting.

Advanced features allow you to announce when a call is parked by paging a group of phones. Parked calls can then be picked up by anyone on the system. You can also create separate parking lots for their various departments. Other advanced features add the ability to add multiple parking lots within the system. This is useful for companies running multiple locations off the same server, or companies that need multiple parking lots or have many internal departments.
